hey guys! i really want to get fit and my arse is huge -no lie.
basically i need some motivation! so please message :
- abs!- i will do 20 situps
- legs!-i will do 20 jumping jacks
- quads!- i will do 20 leg lifts
- arms!- i will try to do do 20 push ups
- calves!- i will do 20 squats
- cardio!- i will do 10 burpees
please do this! it will really help motivate me:)!
